Nice, clean and comfortable house.

Happy Place was a modern delight. Set in a beautiful location with pretty views. The unit was clean and had full accommodations aside from one important item for us, a coffee maker. We found a French Press but a coffee maker with extra mugs would be the perfect addition. We hope to be back next year.

Great stay, wonderful balcony, very clean and well appointed. The journey to get there is memorable and well worth the adventure.

Happy Place made a great home base for our vacation on St John. Really well appointed kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Great selection of available gear for days at the beach and the owner and property manager were great to work with.

The home is well designed providing privacy for all who stay. It is well appointed and is situated overlooking an inlet with stunning views. Highly recommended when staying on St. John.
